Garbage Guide

Every two years, the Commission, in partnership with City of Bettendorf, City of Davenport and Scott County, publish the Garbage Guide. This Guide provides solid waste collection and disposal information for each of the 17 communities and unincorporated areas of Scott County.

It includes information on garbage, recycling, yard waste, e-waste, bulky waste, household hazardous materials and other hard-to-handle items. It also includes resources for reuse and local environmental organizations. The Guide is direct-mailed to residents in November or December.
